Mercap participates in the 2018 FLOR Diversity Awards
Andrea Grobocopatel, founder and president of the Leadership and Responsible Organizations Foundation (FLOR), led the presentation of the FLOR Diversity Awards. These distinctions emerged as recognition to all those large companies, SMEs, NGOs and public sector organizations that show to be examples of responsible and diverse management. The award gives them visibility to the rest of society to be role models, investing them with the responsibility of being the beacons that illuminate the rest in the path of inclusion and empowerment. Mercap accompanies all the initiatives that contribute to the empowerment of people, and joined as a sponsor in this opportunity in support of the FLOR Foundation.
