Mercap OMS manages multiple requests of customer operations captured from Mobile, Home Banking, Branches and Customer Assistance channels. It synchronizes with the Market systems and the Securities systems automatically (being the time interval configurable) or on demand.
BETTER OPERATION EFFICIENCY
Specific cancellations can be made, which consider the part of the operation already carried out. These cancellations leave the amount that was cancelled available for a new execution.

PFor own portfolio operations, it captures from the market the information and it syncs it with the Securities system. Then, it completes the orders’ records required by the standards in force.

In the next versions, we anticipate the incorporation of the instrument’s price in the different markets, algorithms for market’s automatic selection to guarantee the “best condition” fulfillment, and other algorithmic trading possibilities, as well as the integration of the FIX protocol.
